Data Scientist

Overview

Manage Customer Care EMEA data analysis and reporting to measure and track customer care performance, and drive improvements in data capture and analysis for KPI visibility and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer care data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
• Use statistical methods and data mining to extract insights and trends.
• Create and present reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, and finance) to support business objectives.
• Conduct data audits and validations to ensure data quality and governance compliance.

What you'll need

• Expertise in Excel and Power BI with programming skills.
• CRM system proficiency at administrator level or above, supported by a certificate or at least 3 years hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with the CRM system criteria.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Great data visualization and presentation skills for recommendations.
