Overview

Advanced Analytics Senior Analyst role in CommBank’s CDAO/Remediation area, using data, analytics, and AI to support customer remediation and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced analysis to answer business questions.
• Analyse customer behaviours, profiles, and customer impact.
• Deliver business decision-making insights using data analytics, statistical modelling, and data visualisation.
• Share knowledge and provide technical leadership to support “craftsmanship”.
• Mentor junior analysts in the team.
• Contribute to and adhere to standards and policies in the Practice (“guardrails”).

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience.
• Intermediate-Advanced SQL expertise.
• Advanced analytical skills to work with complex data.
• Ability to correctly analyse and interpret results using standard analytical techniques.
• Skilled in advanced analytics to improve remediation and speed up issue resolution and payments.
• Familiar with statistical and machine learning methods.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
