Manager / Senior Manager, Fund and Investor Allocation - Client and Partner Development

Overview

Manager / Senior Manager role focused on fund and investor allocation within client and partner development, bridging Arcesium platform capabilities with customer business requirements.

What you'll do

• Guide customer CTO/CDO on accelerating customer data strategy using Arcesium.
• Break down customer problems and design scalable solutions using platform capabilities.
• Present solutions in verbal form and via written proposals and rich materials.
• Define PoC scope and success criteria with prospective clients.
• Lead projects including Proof of Concepts and implementations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, mitigations, and run governance meetings.
• Synthesize client requirements for fund and investor allocation and methods for management/incentive fees.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of relevant client-facing experience in consultative solutioning and delivery.
• Hands-on experience in investor allocation and fund accounting across Hedge fund, UCITS, IAM, and private funds.
• Hands-on experience with complex fund structures including multi-layer FOF, Master-feeder, blocker, and UCITs.
• Skills spanning technology and the financial domain.
• Ability to drive medium/large-scale cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
