Manager – GenAI Legacy Modernization + Agentic AI Transformation, Advisory

Overview

Manager to lead legacy modernization and Agentic AI transformation for GCC clients in the Financial Services sector, combining solution architecture, client engagement, delivery leadership, and pre-sales support.

What you'll do

• Support and co-own legacy modernization and Agentic AI proposition for Financial Services clients.
• Engage client technology leaders and business stakeholders to present modernization methodologies and AI-led transformation approaches.
• Lead Agentic AI-driven process transformation for payments, reconciliations, trade finance, treasury, finance, regulatory reporting, and customer operations.
• Build and enhance GenAI-powered migration and transformation toolchains for legacy modernization.
• Design multi-agent AI architectures with governance, explainability, compliance controls, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Contribute to solutioning, proposals, business development, and pre-sales pursuits.
• Mentor teams and support capability-building initiatives.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, z/OS, legacy platforms, and migration/transformation approaches.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, planner-executor patterns, workflow automation, and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience in core banking, payments, lending, treasury, financial ledgers, or banking operations modernization.
• Ability to design scalable cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.

Details

• Base location: Bangalore.
• Must be open to client travel for extended periods (6 to 8 months) with monthly fly-backs.
