What you'll do

• Guide delivery teams in optimizing processes and tools to enhance service performance.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve outcomes.
• Use automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee continuous process improvement initiatives for service excellence.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder engagement to address conflicts.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in business process automation and improvement.
• Strategic planning and project management skills for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Preference for a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Progress toward professional certifications such as CA/CA (Inter)/CPA/CFA (Level I) or equivalent.
