Assistant Project Lead

Overview

Assistant Project Lead for Project and Development Services (India), supporting project managers to drive project success.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the project manager and/or senior project manager to support project success.
• Own small projects and support major projects.
• Organize project reporting, communication, and working procedures with clear objectives.
• Attend Project Control Groups (PCG) meetings to help produce accurate PCG reports.
• Support the effective use of JLL technology including Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog, and Atlas.
• Manage forecast expenditure and help ensure processes stay within reasonable cost.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• A degree in a property-related discipline.
• Budget management skills.
• Ability to maintain open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
• Experience creating project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
