Project Manager

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution and delivery of healthcare fitout projects, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality, and timelines.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and manage the commercial project from design through construction and handover.
• Manage delivery against approved time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate across the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review and monitor programmes, progress, risks, issues, and recovery measures.
• Lead project review meetings and ensure timely closure of key actions and decisions.
• Review project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters with relevant teams.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of commercial projects.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
