Senior Technical Project Manager

Overview

Senior Technical Project Manager owning plans that convert complex manufacturing test strategy into manufacturing readiness for new Graphcore products.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing test delivery for new product introductions.
• Connect activities across Chip Test, Board Test, System Test, Lab, and Silicon Characterisation teams.
• Align engineering, operations, and external partners on scope, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Build end-to-end plans, manage dependencies, and keep technical programs moving across regions.
• Coordinate DfX reviews and improve planning for test, lab, and characterisation work.
• Coordinate clear plans and visible risks to support decision-making and delivery.

What you'll need

• Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to tailor delivery methods including waterfall, Agile, or Scrum to technical delivery.
• Experience driving alignment across engineering, operations, and geographically distributed teams.
• Confidence managing complex dependencies across technical teams, suppliers, and manufacturing constraints.
• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or equivalents.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, lab, or silicon characterisation programmes.
