Overview
Senior Program Manager responsible for defining and executing Application Software program plans across multiple projects, from initiation through delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute Application SW plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
- Monitor and drive program execution from initiation through delivery, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Track budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by representing the program and establishing Plan of Records commitments.
- Set up execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management, tracking, schedule trends, recovery actions, and executive reporting.
- Develop program indicators for program health, including quality and timelines.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of experience in a combination of technical product development and program management (preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of AI Application SW stack, architecture, scope, models, and LLM serving.
- Experience managing semiconductor or SoC software development programs (required).
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience (minimum).
- 8+ years of semiconductor/SoC/firmware/embedded/system/platform software or related development experience (minimum).
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (minimum).
