Kinaxis Program Manager

Overview

Kinaxis Program Manager is the Kinaxis Subject Matter Expert and primary business owner/SPOC for all Kinaxis activities supporting the Factory Production Planning (FPP) organization.

What you'll do

• Serve as the FPP Kinaxis SME and single point of contact for Kinaxis-related activities.
• Own Kinaxis break-fix intake, prioritization, communication, and resolution with DT/IT/Kinaxis teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis reporting and analytics (e.g., dashboards for SRF changes, capacity gaps, ATP, next available slot).
• Translate business requirements into system solutions and manage the Kinaxis enhancement backlog.
• Coordinate testing, validation, training, and deployment of new capabilities with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or an equivalent advanced planning system.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, MRP, and S&OP processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
