Overview

Engineering Cost Analytics – Source to Pay Support (Project Controls) supports global capital projects with cost analytics and end-to-end Source-to-Pay execution.

What you'll do

• Provide cost analytics support for global capital projects.
• Coordinate source-to-pay daily execution, workload coordination, quality review, and issue resolution.
• Manage purchase requisition and purchase order coordination, including inputs and documentation follow-up.
• Review and validate invoices, route approvals, and resolve issues aligned to project and finance requirements.
• Build dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and data platforms.
• Perform benchmark analytics for global capital projects and maintain standard work, trackers, and escalation routines.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Have 5-9 years of experience in project controls, cost management, engineering, finance, procurement, capital projects, or related fields.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes (requisitions, POs, invoices, approvals, issue resolution, payment workflows).
• Have experience working with Ariba, SAP, or similar procurement/finance systems.
• Be able to track issues, monitor performance, and drive timely resolution.
• Show process compliance, documentation discipline, approval controls, and audit readiness within Source-to-Pay or finance workflows.
