Security Project Manager

Overview

Security Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution for enterprise security projects across functions.

What you'll do

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise security technical projects including SOC, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, IAM, and Vulnerability Management.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Product Engineering, and other internal teams to scope and execute security requirements.
• Provide stakeholder communication via regular project updates, risk reporting, and status dashboards.
• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project and program effectiveness.
• Ensure projects are compliant with security and privacy standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, OWASP, and NIST.
• Support budget planning and resource allocation for initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in project management focused on technology or cybersecurity-related projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts.
• Direct experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Engineering or equivalent experience.
