Junior Executive – Program Management

Overview

Junior Executive – Program Management supports program teams by coordinating projects, tracking progress against schedule and budget, and preparing status reporting for management and customers.

What you'll do

• Assist in reviewing program proposals/plans to define timelines, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and other managers to define work plans and assign duties and scope.
• Drive and coordinate project activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.
• Assist with metric development and tracking for the program.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities impacting project timeline, cost, or production activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (typically required).
• 1–3 years equivalent experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of functional concepts and understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Awareness of how functional work impacts other work processes and functions.
• Ability to use office tools including telephones, data entry, office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), and databases.
• Excellent English communication.
