Business Process Designer

Overview

Business Process Designer role focused on analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. You will work with business users to define requirements/use cases and implement continuous monitoring for ongoing process optimization.

What you'll do

• Examine current workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather insights and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to refine processes over time.
• Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders to make change frictionless with other subject matter experts and teams.
• Manage change by enabling users, guiding them, managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring task accountability.
• Review and ensure accuracy and quality of change tasks and triage process/system issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Hospitality and lodging process/functional knowledge (minimum 2 years).
• English spoken and written proficiency.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills working with global stakeholders.
• Minimum 4 years overall relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years full-time education.
