Associate - Transaction Banking Product Management

Overview

Associate/Analyst in Transaction Banking product management responsible for enhancing, developing, and delivering market-competitive transaction banking products.

What you'll do

• Support development of transaction banking strategy with India franchise and regional office to deliver profit/revenue targets.
• Manage product development and commercialization for transaction banking products.
• Recommend suitable products/services based on customers’ business requirements.
• Anticipate shifting customer expectations and suggest measures to stay ahead of competitors.
• Partner with relationship managers and TB sales teams to originate clients and support transaction banking opportunities.
• Partner with internal departments and external parties to deliver seamless transactions and address product issues.
• Prepare deal proposals, support risk management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of relevant experience is desirable.
• Degree qualification with Post Graduate—MBA or PGDM in Management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence using data or analysis.
• Sound understanding of local/regional financial laws and regulations.
• Experience/knowledge in transaction banking products including cash management and digital channels.
• Good understanding of systems/applications; international/cross-border transaction experience is described as an advantage.
