Product Owner

Overview

Own and manage the product backlog while bridging business and technology to drive value delivery. Define user stories, validate deliverables, and support stakeholder alignment and tender responses.

What you'll do

• Manage the product backlog with clarity, prioritization, and business-goal alignment.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics to guide development.
• Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.
• Act as a liaison across Technology, Sales, Programs, Marketing, and Service for technical specs.
• Provide expert input for tender and proposal responses, including capabilities and specifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical literacy to engage effectively with engineers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
