Overview
Associate in marketing communications for presentations, supporting wholesale and institutional channels with timely, accurate product decks using Seismic.
What you'll do
- Review existing decks and collect change requests with stakeholders.
- Gather data, produce presentations in PowerPoint, and share drafts with stakeholders.
- Update presentations accurately and on time based on change requests.
- Upload decks to compliance systems and document management tools, including Seismic.
- Source data from approved sources, verify data, and input it into presentations.
- Ensure decks adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for asset management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (including investment and sales teams) and communicate progress to the Presentations Lead.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering or a related field, and/or data management experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant finance experience; asset management experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Seismic and/or SharePoint preferred.
- Experience with asset management datasets (e.g., performance, characteristics, holdings).
- Understanding of asset managers and asset management products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
