Overview

Associate role focused on P&C insurance claims support, including assisting clients with auto insurance inquiries and managing policy changes.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with inquiries about auto insurance policies and provide clear, accurate information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audit and reporting.
• Provide feedback on processes to support continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Certifications listed for Claims (AIC), Fraud Examiner (CFE), Insurance Counselor (CIC), and/or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
• Claims Management experience.
• Data Management experience.
• Insurance knowledge, including Property & Casualty Insurance.
• English language proficiency (upper intermediate, B2) and English required.
