Overview

Associate role focused on P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance claims support, handling auto insurance inquiries, policy changes, and client issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with inquiries about auto insurance policies by providing clear and accurate information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters for policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy update resolutions for audit and reporting.
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Claims Management skills.
• Data Management skills.
• Insurance knowledge including Property & Casualty Insurance.
• English language requirement (Required) and Elementary proficiency level A2.
• Associate in Claims (AIC) certification or similar certifications listed.
