Solutions Engineer

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll execute the pre-sales customer lifecycle and act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, enabling successful demos, API/SDK implementations, and self-service adoption.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and drive rapid implementation and adoption.
• Design and implement pre-sales solutions including analytics, processes, documentation, and technical infrastructure.
• Optimize tools and data to improve internal workflows and deal progression.
• Guide customer business and technical teams on SDK and API implementation best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues between prospects/customers and internal teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a sales/solution engineer, solutions architect, support engineer, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Technical knowledge, use, and troubleshooting skills with APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and demo software like Coast (plus).

Details

• Travel occasionally (approximately once monthly) for strategic customers, company meetings, or industry events.
• Hybrid expectation: employees in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (about two days per week).
