• Ensure timely closure of complaints as per procedure.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Possess good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Be capable of working in a highly-regulated environment.
• Be proficient with basics in MS Office.
