Overview

Associate role focused on P&C underwriting and insurance claims processing, including reviewing claim details, validating accuracy, and supporting claim adjudication.

What you'll do

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims according to company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to gather missing details or clarifications for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.
• Adhere to policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines for quality processing.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
• Fraud prevention skills.
• Experience with Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Risk Management, and Underwriting.
• English language requirement (Language Proficiency: Elementary - A2).
