Associate Sales Support Specialist - US Shift

Overview

Associate Sales Support Specialist will support the U.S. sales team with CRM management, order/sales document processing, internal coordination, and customer interactions via email, chat, or phone.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
• Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle.
• Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and assist with reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Assist with basic product information and order updates, and escalate complex issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B or B2C sales processes.

Details

• Work hours: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 nights in office and 2 nights remote.
