Outreach Specialist to engage and activate healthcare providers to participate in healthcare market research opportunities.
What you'll do
- Make over 100 calls per day to healthcare providers.
- Engage new healthcare professionals to participate in paid market research via phone and email.
- Remind existing members about research opportunities via phone and email.
- Deliver clear written and verbal communication in English to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ask scripted questions by telephone to assess fit for research opportunities.
- Track efforts and communicate using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.
- Independently manage reminder, confirmation, and scheduling calls for research studies.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in English outbound or inbound call center or sales operations.
- Experience preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- High proficiency in English for engaging physician offices and key contacts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to meet or exceed outbound pipeline targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
