Revenue Operations Associate

Overview

Revenue Operations Associate supporting the day-to-day success of the sales organization across quotas, commission payouts, and sales reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage processes for setting and tracking sales quotas and quota attainment.
• Design and implement streamlined sales compensation plans aligned to company targets.
• Define and track territory management processes to optimize sales coverage.
• Define and communicate Rules of Engagement across the organization.
• Maintain KPI tracking systems for sales operations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and translate insights into recommendations for sales strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and support automation of reporting.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, finance, business operations, or an analytical/operational role.
• Experience in Revenue Operations and Salesforce.
• Comfort working with sales teams, databases, and technology platforms.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment as a proactive, self-starter.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets skills (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
