Inside Sales Administrator

Overview

Inside Sales Administrator role supporting business sales operations, client portal tasks, and CRM-based sales data reporting.

What you’ll do

• Organize meetings, track attendees, and manage calendars.
• Update records on a portal and manage sales documentation.
• Facilitate sales performance by recording and organizing sales data.
• Develop sales analysis using CRM data (Salesforce) and generate monthly sales reports.
• Respond to client portal requirements and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
• Follow up with sales leads/coordinators to keep CRM (Salesforce) data accurate.
• Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce based on team/management needs.

What you’ll need

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• CRM experience; Salesforce is mentioned as an advantage.
• Ability to work with different time zones, including the Americas region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Understanding of Word, Adobe PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint.
