Engineer - Technical Documentation

Overview

Engineer - Technical Documentation is responsible for managing and processing product documents using SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including supplier document handling and customer submissions.

What you'll do

• Execute, assign, record, and classify product documents in SAP and MS Office tools.
• Name, classify, and properly store inward supplier documents.
• Check and release documents according to order text, EB standards, and international directives/standards.
• Clarify document needs with engineering, purchasing, or suppliers.
• Compile mechanical seal document sets for customer submission.
• Initiate improvement ideas to automate the process to enhance lead time with consistent quality.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of science or a related department.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a document controller in the product industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF editing tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP environment.

Nice to have

• Preferred knowledge in automation tools such as Excel macros, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
