What you'll do

• Lead or participate in workshops to capture and document business requirements and fit-gap analyses.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules and Power Platform components.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript) as needed.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors; oversee data migration.
• Develop and execute test plans and support deployment using Azure DevOps.
• Deliver end-user training, user guides, and post-go-live support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing/customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in Customer Service/contact center.
• Hands-on Power Platform experience including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI/Dataverse.
• Technical skills in Dynamics 365 configuration/customization (forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules).
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Web APIs for custom development and integrations.
• Understanding of Azure services and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
