Junior Research Analyst

Overview

Support specialized market intelligence research by collecting and validating data, managing service-provider workflows, and improving research operations.

What you'll do

• Manage outsourcer workload and communication.
• Collect data from global sources to maintain database accuracy.
• Perform systematic checks for data inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies.
• Report progress and challenges to the Vertical lead.
• Own assigned daily and weekly tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing research projects.

What you'll need

• Entry-level experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to workload demands and time or resource constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Hybrid work model.
• Expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a Diligent office.
