Associate / Analyst - Social Listening

Overview

Associate/Analyst role focused on transforming unstructured social media data into actionable insights for content, media, and reputation decisions.

What you'll do

• Translate business questions into social listening objectives, topics, and measures.
• Build, test, and refine keywords, operators, and filters for accurate data capture.
• Pull and interpret metrics like volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, and influencers.
• Recommend content, media, and event optimizations based on analysis.
• Create reporting deliverables such as PowerPoint, newsletter, and Excel outputs.
• Configure dashboards to track key indicators for stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 2–6 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Pharma, MPharm (Pharmacology preferred), or MBA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into accurate analysis and recommendations.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums, Instagram, and Tumblr.
• Comfort with MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

Details

• Location: India - Bangalore.
• In-person working: on average a minimum of three days per week from the office.
