Fixed Asset Analyst I

Overview

Entry-level Associate Accountant role in the Finance team focused on accurate record-keeping, reconciliations, and fixed-asset maintenance.

What you'll do

• Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations of general ledger account balances.
• Assist with fixed-asset maintenance, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and construction in progress.
• Update reports with current month-end information (including discretionary spend, intercompany detail, and allocation entries).
• Prepare basic financial reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
• Strong attention to detail with sensitivity to deadlines.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and high level of integrity.
