Overview

Junior Associate – Claims (Business Operations) responsible for processing and evaluating claims accurately and timely, meeting productivity and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and process claims per company policies, procedures, and productivity/quality standards.
• Maintain production and quality standards based on quality control expectations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
• Assist claimants, providers, and clients with questions about claims and/or policies.
• Adapt through cross training and multiple tasking.
• Work flexible shifts and be available in office premises as per business requirements.

What you'll need

• Be a fresher.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fine arts/design.
• Have basic computer and keyboard skills.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have working knowledge of MS Office.
• Have a customer service orientation.
• Be agile and solution-centric.
