• Use MS Office tools to complete tasks.
• Use CRM tools as part of daily work.
• Maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
• Work effectively under pressure.

What you'll need

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years experience in BPO voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to navigate provider portals.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or insurance domain.
