Apprentice

Overview

Apprentice role supporting a business team with transaction processing, query handling, record maintenance, reconciliation, and adherence to internal and regulatory procedures.

What you'll do

• Act as Maker for assigned transaction-processing activities.
• Execute transactions in coordination with an overseas branch to meet accuracy/quality standards and SLAs.
• Maintain records, perform reconciliation, and follow bank process/policy requirements.
• Respond to queries, support incident resolution, and report operational issues if any.
• Improve and streamline operational processes by providing suggestions.
• Support developmental projects related to the department.
• Partner with Compliance and Operations teams to align with operational guidelines and procedures.

What you'll need

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office).
• Attention to detail.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
