Client Support Specialist, Rynoh

Overview

Coordinate escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients, maintain compliance data, and communicate with clients and escheat payees.

What you'll do

• Set up clients, bank accounts, holders, letterhead, and imports in RynohEscheat Pro.
• Create and send due diligence letters.
• Respond to payee requests and document escheat transactions.
• Contact clients regarding check reissues.
• Review and maintain the escheat database quarterly.
• File assigned state NAUPA reports.
• Troubleshoot escheat and RynohLive software issues.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of client support experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer and software troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and manage a schedule.
• Written and oral communication skills for interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Banking or title industry experience.
• IT setting experience with client interaction.
• Knowledge of online banking systems.

Details

• Remote role in Colombia.
• Monthly salary: COP 2,300,000.
• Required workspace internet speed: at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Employment is legally administered through RemoFirst in Colombia.
