Solutions Engineer

Overview

Own merchant solutions from technical discovery and solution design through integration, testing, and production go-live. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and merchant development teams across LATAM.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery to understand payment stacks, requirements, and constraints.
• Run product demos and technical presentations.
• Design payment orchestration solutions and integration architectures.
• Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence.
• Own implementation planning, testing, and go-live.
• Guide developers on APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and payment configurations.
• Troubleshoot payment flows, API logs, and third-party provider issues.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical implementation, or integration roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP debugging.
• At least one programming language for demos and sample integrations.
• Knowledge of gateways, PSPs, acquirers, card networks, 3DS, tokenization, refunds, chargebacks, and alternative payment methods.
• Experience delivering integrations with external development teams on defined timelines.
• Comfort with SQL and observability tools such as Datadog or Grafana.

Nice to have

• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
