Strategic Finance Associate

Overview

Strategic Finance Associate joining the Finance and RevOps team to own end-to-end financial planning and provide decision support to functional leaders.

What you'll do

• Develop a view of revenue flow across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success outcomes.
• Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain operational models including financial statements, revenue models, and unit economics.
• Support recurring forecasts and executive reporting versus expectations, including variance analysis.
• Prepare board and investor reporting with accurate financial results and key metrics.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and evaluate pricing/packaging and GTM investments via impact analysis.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, or RevOps.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including driver-based forecasting and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities for modeling and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor financial analyses for executive audiences.
• Experience with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, and SQL is stated as a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights in fast-moving environments.
