Business Support Specialist – Investment Managers, AVP/ VP

Overview

Business Support Specialist supporting Emerging Markets Investment Management by providing business management, analytics, sales enablement, and operational support to Investment Managers and related stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Prepare portfolio review and client discussion materials for Investment Managers.
• Perform portfolio screening and analytics, including asset allocation and concentration analysis.
• Prepare investment presentations, pitch books, market updates, and client-facing materials.
• Provide operational support for investment and trading activities, including approvals and documentation.
• Produce and maintain management information, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Support business management, governance, risk/control activities, and management reporting.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in investment advisory support, business management, sales management, or a related role in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of wealth management offerings and investment products across multiple asset classes.
• Experience in business reporting, analytics, management information, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize information into actionable insights.
• Experience preparing presentations and management materials for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
