Operations Manager

Overview

Operations Manager to lead Operations in delivering end products to customers, owning part of the supply chain and driving team performance.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Ops Associates.
• Own a part of the supply chain, including related projects and requests.
• Handle headcount planning and help teams realize their potential while improving future-proofing.
• Manage communications with vendors and customers.
• Manage escalations from the team and solve logistical issues.
• Set, track, and use team metrics to ensure goals are reached.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and your manager.

What you'll need

• 5 years of experience in operations.
• 2+ years in a team lead/people manager role.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Ability to negotiate positive outcomes.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Comfort working night shifts.

Details

• Work location: Remote.
• Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
