Deployment Strategist Lead - India

Overview

Deployment Strategist Lead (India) is responsible for opening a new market for ElevenLabs by building a regional team and deploying voice AI technology to strategic customers.

What you'll do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify relevant use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
• Present results, proposals, and future work to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.

What you'll need

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping/demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including summarizing complex technical concepts.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, including deal structures and go-to-market motions.

• Experience developing a partner ecosystem by building relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
