Senior Automation Testing

Overview

Senior Automation Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, and desktop applications. The role focuses on scalable test automation, continuous testing, and AI-augmented testing practices.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications.
• Define end-to-end automation strategies for enterprise-scale applications.
• Develop reusable automation scripts using Playwright or Selenium with Python or Java.
• Integrate automation suites into Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, API, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate on defect resolution.
• Prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases such as predictive test selection and anomaly detection.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of experience in software test automation.
• 2–3 years of experience with AI-augmented testing tools.
• Strong Python and/or Java programming or scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms.
• Experience with API testing tools including REST Assured, Postman, or Swagger.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control including Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience.
• Experience with ORPOS, retail, or digital testing.
