Client Service Analyst

Overview

Client Service Analyst responsible for retaining and growing client relationships while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks.

What you'll do

• Facilitate interactions with new and existing clients.
• Liaise with clients to support account-related queries.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and external guidelines (KYC & Money Anti Launderings, Audits).
• Monitor expenses and control costs, including waiver tracking and lead management.
• Process account opening forms and MF applications, and manage vouchers and custodian/key management rules.
• Handle exceptions and track/monitor exception deferrals; review suspicious transactions, large cash transactions, and NR credits per guidelines.
• Track customer complaints, ensure responses/closures within committed TATs.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Be well-groomed.
• Minimum qualification: Graduation.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
