Overview

Associate role in Insurance (P&C) Claims focused on helping clients with auto insurance policy inquiries and handling policy changes.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with inquiries about auto insurance policies and provide clear information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve client concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters for policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audits and reporting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in one of: Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management & Insurance.
• OR Master’s degree in Statistics.
• Certification in Associate in Claims (AIC) by The Institutes (USA).
• Claims Management, Data Management, Insurance, and Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
• English language (required) with proficiency level Intermediate (B1).
