Data Analyst - Contact Center

Overview

Data Analyst role for Contact Center/communications solutions, responsible for pre/post sales analytics, value proposition analysis, and business operations reporting.

What you'll do

• Deliver pre/post sales analytics for communications solutions.
• Develop value propositions and business operations reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and solutions consulting.
• Create insights and efficiencies in processes.
• Participate in sales opportunities.
• Present business trends and lead investigations to create new products and solutions.

What you'll need

• Have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis role from Contact Center industry.
• Handle data from sales, collections, and customer service domains.
• Analyze ROI for BFSI, ecommerce, and logistics domain clients.
• Possess superior communication skills.
• Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, including pivot table analysis.
• Create sales presentations using PowerPoint expertise.
• Require expertise in data interpretation.

• Work mode is hybrid with regular virtual work and in-person work at an assigned office location for a minimum of two days a week.
