Overview

Accounts Payable Specialist for Management Company Accounting to support the firm’s Accounts Payable function and assist with the Vendor Risk Management Program.

What you'll do

• Verify, process, and pay amounts due accurately and timely.
• Verify invoice authenticity.
• Approve invoices with HPS vendor managers.
• Process invoice data in Workday ERP and perform invoice-specific research.
• Provide payment status updates and handle vendor communications.
• Build accurate, well-supported allocation files and verify supplier details.
• Participate in team meetings and support processes during high-volume periods.

What you'll need

• 4-9 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (preferred).
• Ability to work New York hours.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
• Inquisitive and curious mindset.
• Demonstrated problem-solving competency.
• Experience with Workday (significant plus) and Microsoft Office (plus).
