SME I2P (Russian Language Expert)

Overview

SME I2P Russian Language Expert to support invoice-to-pay operations for Russia by handling Russian and English accounting documents and vendor communications.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and Travel & Expense claims in Russian and English.
• Review, translate, and validate Russian-language accounting documents, tax invoices, and statutory records.
• Serve as the primary Russian-language point of contact for vendor queries and exception resolution.
• Assist with closing activities, reconciliations, and audit documentation requiring Russian language interpretation.

What you'll need

• Speak, read, and write Russian (mandatory).
• Hold B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in an MNC, Shared Services, or BPO environment.
• Interpret and process financial documents in both Russian and English.
• Have working knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes (invoice processing, exception handling, payments, T&E).
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication in Russian and English.
• Show strong attention to detail and the ability to handle queries independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) tool.
• Familiarity with Russian tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, tax invoices).
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
• Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives in finance operations.
