Job description

Overview

Associate in Accounts Payable (Non-Voice) responsible for checking, processing, and paying vendor invoices and handling related vendor/email and reconciliation tasks.

What you'll do

Check, process, and pay vendor invoices.
Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
Resolve invoice/account clarifications by writing emails or taking calls with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare account reconciliations.
Resolve open items coming up in account reconciliations.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
Accounts Payable certification: F-Tec.
Anti-Money Laundering certification: CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
Language proficiency: English (Proficient - C2).
Working skills listed include AP process, general accounting, and SAP overview.
