Order Management & Customer Service

Overview

Customer Services Executive supporting On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market beverage alcohol operations and Consumer Care to deliver excellent customer service and resolution of queries.

What you'll do

• Support Customer/Consumer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Own and manage Customer/Consumer queries and issues.
• Act as the first escalation point for resolving Customer queries.
• Build strong Customer/Consumer relationships to maximize interaction value.
• Partner with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Quality colleagues.

What you'll need

• Hold a graduation degree in any field.
• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a busy customer service role.
• Use SAP knowledge as an advantage.
• Use SalesForce/CRM tools knowledge as an advantage.
• Have OTC & OM experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility.
