Overview

Logistics & Services Associate-1 supports customer service activities after customers are onboarded in the Maersk environment and performs administrative/operational tasks that support operations.

What you'll do

• Manage customer channels.
• Handle case management.
• Support customer onboarding and relationship management.
• Perform contract and dispute management.
• Carry out skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks to support others.

What you'll need

• Limited job and business knowledge at the time of hiring.
• Ability to work under supervision while exercising independent judgment within defined boundaries.
• Skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline.
• Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods.
• Ability to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
