Controllership Associate

Overview

Controllership Associate responsible for day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and reporting for specialized accounting processes.

What you'll do

• Perform accounting, reconciliation, and reporting for processes including inter-company, fixed assets, software capitalization, fee billing, real estate accounting, and allocations.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and create accounting/journal entries based on supporting documents and bank statements.
• Prepare reports from accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Update control trackers, prepare scorecards, and complete deliverables to meet control and timing expectations.
• Support cross-trainings and participate in backup creation for the process.
• Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement, and business partner initiatives.
• Maintain close contact with business partners, technologies, and other interface groups.

What you'll need

• Accounting qualification.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (R2R).
• Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with desktop tools, specifically MS Excel.
• Ability to influence and maintain strong working relationships.
• Reliable, proactive approach and attention to detail.

Details

• Employment type: Full-Time.
• In-office collaboration with employees working in the office at least three days per week and flexibility to work from home two days per week.
• Full time timings: 2:00p–10:30p.
